Overview

Six domains, one integrated view

Most of what determines how long and how well you live is covered by six clinical domains. The A-Life Method looks at each domain in depth, and then integrates them together into one coherent picture of your health.

 

1. Cancer & Tumour Risk

Goal: detect early and reduce lifelong risk.

We combine hereditary risk assessment, multi-gene panels and organ-specific screening and imaging (e.g., full-body MRI, targeted CT, ultrasound, mammography, colonoscopy, cervical screening, prostate evaluation, dermatologic mapping) to:

  • Flag elevated risk much earlier than standard guidelines.
  • Tailor screening intervals and modalities.
  • Align prevention (nutrition, lifestyle, medical prevention when appropriate) to your quantified risk.

 

2. Cardiometabolic & Vascular Health
Goal: delay or prevent diseases while improving stamina, energy levels, and longevity.

We assess the full cardiometabolic system:

  • Advanced biomarker profiles for lipids, inflammation, insulin–glucose dynamics, liver and kidney function and key micronutrients.
  • Advanced imaging of the heart and vasculature (cardiac CT, carotid and cardiac ultrasound, lower-limb arterial and venous studies).
  • Body composition and bone density (DEXA) to quantify visceral fat, muscle mass and skeletal resilience.
  • Cardiorespiratory fitness through VO₂-max and zone-based assessments.

Outcome: a precise map of vascular/metabolic age and a targeted plan to stabilize and improve this further (training, nutrition, sleep, stress, and medication).

 

3. Neurocognitive Function & Brain Health
Goal: preserve cognitive performance, emotional balance, and brain health—both immediately and over the long term.

We combine neurological assessment with baseline cognitive testing and a structured Brain Protection Risk Factor Score to identify the modifiable drivers most linked to long-term brain outcomes—often outside traditional “neurology” care (e.g., cardiometabolic health, sleep quality, mood/stress, hearing/vision, physical activity, and social connection). This enables us to:

  • Establish a baseline of cognitive function (memory, attention, processing speed, executive function) we can track over time.
  • Detect silent risk drivers that may raise long-term risk of stroke, cognitive decline, or functional impairment.
  • Escalate intelligently to specialist evaluation, targeted testing, and brain imaging/biomarkers when symptoms, history, or objective signals make it appropriate— rather than running broad, low-signal consumer “brain panels.”

Intervention is anchored in what has the strongest evidence: a multi-modal program (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress regulation, and social connection) delivered with clear protocols, measurement, and follow-through.

The objective is not just to screen for dementia and neurological disease, but to actively build cognitive resilience through targeted prevention and optimization—supporting clearer thinking, faster recovery from stress, and better decision-making across your lifespan.

 

4. Whole-Body Organ Health
Goal: protect key organ systems, beyond the “big three” of heart, brain, and cancer.

We perform a systematic review of:

  • Abdominal organs (liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen and gastrointestinal tract) via ultrasound, MRI and endoscopic evaluations where indicated.
  • Lungs and airways through spirometry and targeted imaging.
  • Skin, eyes, and hearing (dermatology mapping, ophthalmology and audiometry).
  • Musculoskeletal structure and bone health through imaging and functional assessment.

This holistic perspective on organs ensures we don’t miss important conditions and clues that sit outside the usual “executive check-up” focus, while still tailoring the depth of testing to your age, history and risk.

 

5. Hormones, Sex & Reproductive Health
Goal: optimize hormonal balance and sexual and reproductive health across all stages of life.

We run dedicated male and female health tracks that include:

  • Endocrine evaluation (thyroid, sex hormones, adrenal axis and metabolic hormones).
  • Transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound, breast imaging and cervical screening for women.
  • Prostate screening and urological evaluation for men.
  • Sexual-health consultation for concerns around libido, function, fertility and menopause/andropause transition.

By situating hormones in the context of sleep, stress, body composition, mental health and life
stage, we move beyond “normal ranges” to what is optimal for you.

 

6. Lifestyle, Physiology & Resilience
